At the point of intersection of the center line of South Bristol Street, which line is also a part of the west boundary line of the city of Santa Aha, by the center line of Falrview Avenue, 73.80 feet. ~'he elevations of the existing official grade on South Bristol Street and of the gra~e at which the work is proposed to be done on part of said street, as shown on the plans adopted for the proposed work and stated in this Reso- lution of Intention, are based upon a datum plane adopted and established by 0rdln~ ce No. ~71 of the city of Santa Aha, which datum plane is 1~4.~88 feet below the center line of the bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed in and located at the northwesterly corner of the City Hall of the C~y of Santa Aha, and marked "U. S. Coart and Geodetic Survey B.~.~'. All said elevations are expressed in feet and hundredths of feet and are elevations above said datum plane. At all points between the points where the elevations are stated and given and shown upon the plane the grade shall conform to a true and uniform gradient along the center line of South Bristol Street. The grade between designated points at all times to conform to the existing official grade except on the part of the street where the grade is modified and changed, and on such part of the street the grade between designated points to conform to the proposed grade. All distances between designated points at which the elevations are stated and shown on the plans are to be measured along the center line of the Street. The contemplated work and improvement on North Bristol Street and South Bristol Street in tl~ opinion of t~e Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana is of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha hereby makes the e~enses of such work and improvement chargeable upon a district, which district said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, and which district is located in t~e City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, the exterior boundaries thereof being described and specified as follow,:- Beginning at the cormnon corner of Sections 13, 14, ~3 andm~4, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, $.B.B. & M., said point being the most southerly corner of the City Limits of Santa Aha in the center line of South Bristol Street; t~ence Northerly along the Center line of South Bristol Street, a
