that said land shall be included within the said assessment, and the assessment therefor shsll be payable by the City of Santa Aha out of the General Fund. Notice is hereby given that serail bonds to represent unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate of six (6) per cent. per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last in- stallment of which bonds shall mature nine years f~om the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their date NotiCe is hereby given that on Monday, the 25th day of Deptember, 1922, at V:30 o~clock P.M. of that day, in the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, in the City Hall thereof, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improve~ent may appear before said Board of Trustees and show csuse why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. Any property ewner whose property is to be assessed to pay the cost and expenses of the proposed improvement may, at the said time and place, appear before the Board of Trustees and make objections to the proposed change or modification of the grade on South Bristol Street. i~e Clerk of the city of Santa Ana shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published twice in the SANTA AmA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and which newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose. The ~treet ~upertntendent of the City of Santa Aha ehall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and i~provement, at not more than three hundred feet in distance apart, but not less than t?ree in all, notices of the passage of t~is Resolution of Intention. Thee work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be posted along ail of the open streets within such district, at not more t?an three hundred feet in distance apart on each street. All of the posiing must be fully completed at least ten ~sys before the day in this Resolution of Intention set for hearing protests or ob- jectionS. ~ll of said notices shall be headed: NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT in letters of not less than one inch in length and shall in legible characters state t~e fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its date and briefly describe the work and i~provement proposed ~nd refer to this Resolution of Intention for further particulars.
