191_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CORRECTING AS~k-I~R~NT$ NO.16~,lgl,194,256,25V. <br /> <br /> FLOWER STREET ASSEMENTS <br /> <br /> No,s41, <br /> <br /> Whereas, certain owners and persons claiming to be directly <br /> interested in the work done and improvement made, as briefly <br /> decribed in Resolution of Intention No. V36,on and along <br /> portions of those open public, streets in the City of Santa Aha <br /> co~nonly known as N.Flower Street, and West First Street, <br /> feeling aggrieved by acZsanddeterminations of the Super- <br /> intendent of Streets in relation thereto, appealed to the Boalxl <br /> of Trustees of said city and made certain objections to the <br /> correctness of the assement; and <br /> <br /> Whereas,the time and place of Pmarfng of said <br /> appeals was fixed by the. Board of Trustees at ~:30 o'clock <br /> p.m. of Monday,September 18th,1922, in the .council chamber <br /> thereof, and due noticegiven, and said Board of Trustees <br /> was duly convened In regular sessionat said time and'place <br /> and adjourned the hearing of said appeals to the hour of <br /> 7:30 o'clock p.m. of Monday, the 25th day of September <br /> 1922; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, on said day at said place, the Board <br /> <br /> of Trustees of the City of Santa Arm, being in regular <br /> adjourned session, heard and considered said appeals and <br /> all of them; <br /> <br /> N~w,therefore, the Board of Trustees of the <br /> <br /> City of Santa Ana do resolve and determine as follows:- <br /> The asaementamade by the Superintendent of <br /> Streets for the work done and improvement made on <br /> portions of the describedatreets,and shown onthe assess- <br /> ment diagram as assessments Nos. 167,191,194,25~, and 25V, <br /> should be and are hereby corrected as follows:- <br /> <br /> (1) The property assessed'under assessment <br /> <br /> No. 16V should be divided and assessed under ~hree <br /> <br /> separate sessments: <br /> <br /> a- The East 58.§ feet of Lot 1 Block 1 of <br /> <br />Polytechnic Villa Tract, except the South 8 ft. thereof, <br />should be. assessed for $28.91 and designated Assessment <br />No. 307. <br /> <br /> The South 5 ft. of Dot 1 Block 1 of <br /> <br />Polytechnic. Villa TraCt should be. separately assessed at <br />$~1.60, and designated Assessment No. 508. <br /> <br /> c- Ail of Lot 1 Block 1 of Polytechnic Villa <br /> <br />Tract, exceut the South 5 ft. and the East 56.8 feet thereof, <br />should be separately assessed at $414.80, and designated <br />Assessment No. 167. <br /> <br /> <br />
