1S3 adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha,Held on the 25th day of September 1922, by the following named members of said Board of Trustees, to-wit: Ayes, Trustees J.W.Tubbs~O~H.Chapman~H.H.Dale W,A,Greenleaf. Jo~n G,Mitchell. Noes, Trustees ,None. Absent,Trustees None. Attest: E.L.Ve~el~.. Cork of the City of Santa Ans. RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME. No. 842. Good Cause appearing,therefore, and upon a~mpli- cation of B.R.Ford for an extension of the time in which to complete the work and improvement upom a portion of Durant Street.as providedfor under the terms of a contract entered into by the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana and the said B.R.Ford on the 2Vth day of June ,1922. It is hereby ordered by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana that the time within which to complete the work and improvement upon a portion of Durnnt Street ss provided for in the terms of the contract entered into by Edw. W. Dahl as Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana on the 27th day of June,1922, and B.R.Ford as Contractor,be and is hereby extended a period of sixty(60) days to and Including the 5th day of December 1922,and this extension shall be deemed to commence and be effective from the 6th day of October ,1922, the date of the expiration of the original time fixed in the contract. I hereby certify ~hat the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced before ~he Bm rd of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at a meeting thereof held on the second day of October ,1922,and on said day was passed by the vote of the following named members of the Board of Trustees,to-wit: Ayes: Trustees,J.W.Tubss,C.H.
