1,95 the 9th day cf September, 1922, and now on file therein: and Wicereas, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution of Intention No.825, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the line contemplated work and improvement, at not more than 300 feet in distance apart, and 61 in all, notices of passage of Resolution of Intention No. 825, and Hea~ed: NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form, and substance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upona district also conspicuous- ly posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets within such district, not more than 300 feet, in distance apart on each street, and did post on each street 6 notices, and on all said streets, 842 notices; and posted in all 903 notices; and Whereas, the Street Superintendent of the City cf Santa Ana commenced to post the said notices on the llth day of September ,1922, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 12th day of S:ptember,1922 morethan ten days be- fore the day set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of Edw. W.Dahl, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of said City en the 12th day of September, 1922 and now on file therein; and Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha,was duly in regular adJaurned session at the council chamber ,. in. the City Hall thereof, at the hour of V:30 o'clock p.m. of Monday, the 25th day Of September, 1922, being the day, hour, and place notice of which was contained in the Resolution cf Intention and Notice of Improvement , when and where any and all persons having any obJectionto the proposed work or improvement might appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposal of improvement should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; and Whereas, certain owners of property liable to be assessedfor the work made and delivered to the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana written protests or objections against the proposed work and against the extent of the distrlce to be assessed, and the Board of Trustees at the time and place in said Resolution of Intention and notice specified proceeded to hear each and ail of the protests and obJection~ made, and duly adjourned and continued the hearing thereof to the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. of Monday, the 2nd day of October, 1922, in the council chamber of said Board of Trustees, in the City Hall, City of Santa Aha , and at said time and place
