RESOLUTION OF INTENTION. <br />NO 846. <br /> <br /> Resolved, that it is the intention of the Board of <br />Trustees of the City of Santa Ana to order the work to be <br />done and improvement to be made hereinafter briefly described <br />on and along that open public street in the City of Santa Aha, <br />commonly Mmown as Rtverine Avenue, and which extends from the -- <br />North line of West Sixth street to the South line of Hales- <br />worth Street, and the entire width of Rtverine Avenue f~om <br />the curb constructed on the easterly side to the curb <br />constructed on the westerly side thereof, and where no curb <br />is constructed then to the east and west curb line on <br />Riverine Avenue, and where any street, part of a street, <br />or alley intersects or terminates in Rtverine Avenue then <br />beyond the curb lines to the property line on the east and <br />west sides of Riverine Avenue. <br /> <br /> The use hereinafter of the words"Riverine Avenue" <br />means ttmt open public street above described. <br /> <br /> The work and improvement which the Board of Trustees <br /> of the City of Santa Ana intends to order done and made on <br /> Riverine Avenue is brieflydescribed as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) The reg~ading of Riverine Avenue to a sub- <br /> <br />grade six inches below the official grade, thereof. <br /> <br /> (b) The excavation in Riverine Avenue of five(8) <br />lateral house connection sewer trenches approximately <br />five feet deep, one trench to be opposite each lot, piece <br />orpsrcel of land fronting on Riverine Avenue where a <br />lateral house connectio~ sewer does not already exist, said <br />sewer trenches to extend easterly or westerly as the case may <br />be from the main sewer pipeline now constructed and existing <br />in and along approximately the center line of Riverine <br />Avenue to and inside of the curb now constructed, or to be <br />constructedon the east and west sides of Riverine Avenue; <br />the laying in each of said sewer trenches of a four inch <br />inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical lateral <br />house connection sewer pipe, connected with and extending <br />from the main sewer pipeline to and inside of said curb, the <br />backfilling ef the sewer trenches to a true and solid surface <br />on the sub-grade. <br /> <br /> (c) The construction of a concrete curb on and <br /> <br />along the curb lines on the east and west sides of <br />Riverine Avenue where a concrete curb is not already <br />constructed, and wherever a street, part of street, or alley <br />intersects or terminates in Riverine Avenue then the <br />construction on the northerly and southerly sides of the <br />intersecting or terminating street or alley of concrete <br />return curbs to the property lines on Rtverine Avenue, except <br />where a concrete return curb is already constructed. <br /> <br /> <br />
