Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, on the llth day of September,1922 p~ssed its Resolution of Intention No.830 to order the herein described work to be done and improvement to be made in said city, which Resolution of Intention No. 830 was duly and legally published twicein the SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, all as required by law and appears from the affi- davit of T.G.McDonour, principal Clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha on the 15th day of September,1922 and now on file there- in; and Whereas, after the passing and adoption of said Resolution of Intention No. 830, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than 300feet, in distance apart, and eight in all, notices of the passage of Resolution of Intention No.830, Headed - NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form, and substance, as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon s district also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets within such district, not more than 300 feet in distanceapart on each street, and did post on each street six notices, and on said streets sixteen notices, and on all of said streets twenty-six notices;
