Mitchell. <br /> <br />N~S, Trustees, No~e <br /> <br />Abeent,T~ustees, ,~one <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />E.L.Vesel~. <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Ans. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK. <br /> <br /> NO. 84V. <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Aha, on the llth day of September,1922 p~ssed its <br />Resolution of Intention No.830 to order the herein described <br />work to be done and improvement to be made in said city, <br />which Resolution of Intention No. 830 was duly and legally <br />published twicein the SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, <br />a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of <br />Santa Aha, all as required by law and appears from the affi- <br />davit of T.G.McDonour, principal Clerk of the printers <br />and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit <br />was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa <br />Aha on the 15th day of September,1922 and now on file there- <br />in; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after the passing and adoption of said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 830, the Street Superintendent <br />of the City of Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the <br />line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more <br />than 300feet, in distance apart, and eight in all, notices <br />of the passage of Resolution of Intention No.830, Headed - <br />NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form, and substance, as <br />provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon s <br />district also conspicuously posted copies of said notice <br />along all of the open streets within such district, not more <br />than 300 feet in distanceapart on each street, and did post <br />on each street six notices, and on said streets sixteen <br />notices, and on all of said streets twenty-six notices; <br /> <br /> <br />
