<br />therefor, but not less than their par and accrued interest at the
<br />date of their delivery, a~d t~e proceeds of the sale thereof
<br />shall be deposited in t?e treasury of t~e city of Santa Aha to the
<br />credit of West Pine Street Improver~ent Bond redemption fund, and
<br />from which there shall, be paid to B. R. Ford, contractor, or his
<br />assigns, the balance dl~e him upon the assess~ent and warrant,
<br />for the work done and ~mprovement ~md~ upon a portion of %Test
<br />Pine Street, including interest upon t~e princirat amount st the
<br />rate of V% per annum from the 2nd day of October, 1922, and the
<br />surplus of such proceeds, ~ any, shall be credited to said
<br />redemption f,jnd for t]~e pa~ent of such bonds; if not satisfactory
<br />bids are received or the Board of ~ustees dete~ines that t]~e bids
<br />received are not satisfactory as to price or responslbi~y of the
<br />bidder, the Board of ~ustees reserves the r~g!t to reject all
<br />b~ds received, if any, shd readver~t!se the bonds for sale,
<br />deliver said bonds to the contractor in satisfaction of the sum
<br />
<br />due t~Im upon the assessment ~nd warrant.
