G. McDonour, <br />Principal Clerk of the prlnters and publishers of said <br />daily newspaper, mhd which affidavit was filed in the <br />office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana on the <br /> <br />30th day of September, 192~, s nd now on file thereln, and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after the passage and adoption of said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 836, the Street &uPerfnten- <br />dent of the City of Sant~ Ana conspicuously posted along <br />the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at <br />not more than 300 ft. in distance apart, and eight in <br />all notices of the passage of Resolutlon of Intention No. <br />836, headed - NOTICE OF I~,~ROVEMENT - in manner, form, <br />and substance as,provided by law, and the work being <br />chargeable upon a district also conspicuously posted <br />copies of said notice along all of the open public <br />streets within such d~strlct, not more tbmn 300 ft. in <br />distance apart on each street, and did pos.t on each <br />street 6 notices and on all said streets twelve notices, <br />and posted in all twenty notices; <br /> <br /> Whereas, the ~treet Superintendent of the city of <br />~anta Aha commenaed to post ~he said notices on the <br /> <br /> of September~ 1922, and fully com~leted the <br /> <br /> <br />
