242 RESOLUTION APPROVING A~,,~E~,.~. NT DI~GRAD, N0. 859. hesolved, that the diagram of the property affected or benefited by the work and improvement on East and West Seven- teenth ~treets, open public streets in the city of Santa Aha, described in Resolution of Intention No. VV8 and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, made by the City Engineer of the city of Santa Ana, be and is hereby approved, and the Clerk is ordered and directed to certify that fact and the date hereof. I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution approving assessment diagram was duly introduced before the Board of '~ustees of the city of Santa ~,na at a reg~lar meeting thereof held the 16th day of October, 1922, and Massed by the vote of the following named members of sa!~ Board to Trustees, to wit: Ayes: Trustees J.W.~bbs, C.E. Chapman, ~.A.Greenleaf, John G. Mitchell. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. Attest: H.Iq. Dale, E. L. Vegely, (SEAL) Clerk of the city of Santa Aha. RESOLUTION ORDERING PLA.~IS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 860. nesolved that the Engineer of t~'e city of Santa Aha be and is hereby required to furnish plans and specifications a~d careful estimates of cost for the improvement of Eastslde Avenue, from the north side of Fourth ~treet to tho South side of Central Avenue, also L~nwood Avenue from the north side of Fourth Street to the South Side of Central Avenue. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced before the Board of Trustees'of the city of Santa Ana at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of October, t~2, and designated Resolution No. 860, and passed by the vote of t~e following named members thereof: Ayes: Trustees J.W.~bbs, C.H.Chapman, W.A.Greenleaf, John G.
