City of Santa ..ha, on the 2~]d day of 0etober, 1922, passed its Resolution of intention No. 846 to order the hereinafter described work to be done and fmFrovement to be made in said city, w]ich Resolution of Intention No. 846 ~as duly and legally published twice in 2ANTA ANA DAILY EVENING R~G~oT~R, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Ana~ , all as re- quired by law and a~pears From the affidavit of T. G.
