(4) The construction of a concrete curb on the curb lin~s along the easterly a~d westerly sides of North Brfstol l~tersec~s or Street a:~ where apL' street or alley ' ~ terminates in North Bristol Street then the construction of concrete return curbs on each side of the intersecting or terminating street or alley back to the property line on the easterly and westerly sides of North Bristol £treet, excepting where a curb or return curb already exists. The work and ~provement which the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana intends to order done and made on and along South Bristol ~t~et is briefly described as follows: (1) ~he regradi~g of So~th Bristol Street to a sub- grade six i~ches below the existing official grade on Sou~h Bristol Street except at the places thereob where the grade is proposed to be modified arid changed, and at such places to a subgrade six inches below a grade on South Bristol Street which shall hereafter become and constitute the true official grade thereof when the present grade is modified and changed as in this Resolution of Intention set forth. (2) The paving of South Bristol Street by construct- ing on the subgrade of a concrete Dare,usnr six inches thick with a bolt finish wearing surface complete to the existing official grade where the grade is not to be modified or changed, and to the proposed grade where the existing official grade is to be modified and changed. (3) The ccnstruction of a concrete curb on and along 'the c,~rb line on the westerly side .of that Fart of South~ Bristol Street described as ,"Per'rich (a)" said curb .to ex; --I tendfrom the southerly curb line of West First °treet to a point 2652 feet southerly of the center line of West First Street, and where any street or part of a street or alley ~ntersects or terminates in the westerly side of thot por- tion of South Bristol Street above described as "Portion (a)", then on each side of the intersecting street or alley the concrete curb shall be returned to the ~roperty line on the westerly side of South Bristol Street except where a concrete curb or concrete return curb already extsts~ provi- ded, that no concrete curb shall be constructed on the west side of that part of South Bristol Street described as Portion (a) between a point thereon ~60 feet and a point ~9S feet south of the center line of ~est First Street, and provided further, that the co~crete c~rb shall not be retm-med-~ on the south s~de of ~est Pine Street as tbs same is now laid out, but shall be returned at a point SBa feet south of the center line of West First Street.
