Resolved that the city of ~anta Ana hereby rejects all <br /> <br />of said proposals or bids except that hereinafter next men- <br />tioned and hereby awards the con~ract for doing said work .ii <br />and improvement to the lowest responsible bidder therefor, <br /> <br />to-wit: B. R. Ford, at the price named in his bid, as <br />follows: .. ~ <br /> <br /> Item 1. The re,fading to a sub-grade and the laying of <br /> <br />a six (6) <br /> <br />surface <br /> <br />inch concrete pavement with belt finish wearing <br />complete with the furnishing of all necessar~y equip- <br /> <br />merit and material on an estimate of 4V,864 square feet for <br />the sum ~f twenty two and three eighths cents ($0.22-3/8) per ~ <br />square foot. <br /> <br />Item 2. The construction of concrete curb complete with <br /> <br />furnishing of all necessary equipment and material on an esti- <br /> <br />mate of <br /> <br />per linear foot. <br /> <br /> Item 3. f~e trenching, fu~mishing and Raying <br />(5) four (4) inch house branch s~wers from the main <br /> <br />100 linear feet for the sum of forty cents ($0.40) <br /> <br />of five <br /> <br />sewer to ,' <br /> <br />the curb line complete with the furnishing of all necessary <br /> <br />equipment and material on an estimate of 84 linear feet for the <br /> <br />sum of forty cents ($0.40) per linear foot. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the city of Santa Aha is hereby directed <br />to post notice of this award with specifications for five <br />days on or near the council chamber door of the council <br />chamber of the Board of Trustees of the city of ~ahta Ana, <br />and also publish said notice twice in SANTA AMA DAILY EVENING <br />REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the <br />city of Santa Ana, herebydeslgnated for that purpose by the <br />Board of Trustees. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a <br /> full, true a~d correct copy of the resolution of award ~o. <br /> <br />~SVO, duly and regularly introduced and passed by 2he Board <br /> of Trustees of tie city of Santa Ana at a regular mee~iflg <br /> thereof held on the 6th day of ~ovember, 1922, by the follow- <br /> <br />lng vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> <br />A~sent: <br /> <br />Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H.Chapman, H.H.Dale, <br /> <br />W.A.Greenleaf, John G.
