RESOLUTION NO. 8VV. · ~ resolution determining unpaid assessments for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of, North Garnsey Street and hickey Street, and the aggregate amount thereof, directing bonds to be is- sued upon the security if t}e unpaid assessments, prescribing the denominations of said bonds, pro- viding for the issuance of the ~same in annual series. Whereas, a warrant and assessment, dated the 22nd day of ~eptember, 1922, was issued for the work done arid improvement made uoo~ a portion of North Garnsey Street and Hickey Street, open public streets in the city of Santa Aha for work and improvement, as briefly descrlbcd in Resolution of Intention No. 801, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 805, pasE ed on the 5rd day of July, 1922, and Whereas, on the 51st d~y of October, 1922, being after the full expiration of thirty days from the ~ate of the warrant, and the said warrant being returned and recorded'by the ~treet Superlnteudent of the city of S~ t~ Aha, and after said return was recorded the Street Superintendent made up and filed with the Ulerk of the city of Santa Aha, as the Clerk of tko Board of Trustees thereof, a complete list of all unpaid assessments upon the assessment, and t~e said Clerk thereupon give notice of the filing of said list,, and that V:30 o'clock p.m. of Monday, the 20th day of hovember, 1922, at the council Chamber of the Board of Trustees of t?e city of Santa Ana, in t?e ~ty ~all, was the time tberc~n fixed by him when interested persons might appear before the city council and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the ~ecurity of the unpaid assessments shown on said llst; and Whereas, the Board of Trustees of Santa Ana was in open session and duly convened at the time and the place in the said notice specified, and proceeded to hear any objections presented and no interested or other person arpearing to show cause or did shew cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assess.~ents or objected thereto; It is therefore now by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana determined, resolved and ordered as follows: First: The assessments which are unpaid for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of North Garnsey Street and ~ickey Street, which work and improvement is briefly describe, in Resolution of Intention No. 801, passed on the 12th day of June, 1922, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 805, passed on the 3rd day of July, 1922, are as follows:
