287 A Resolution determining unpaid aesmssments for ~he work done and imrrovement ma~e upon a ~ortlon of Durant Street, and tko a~Fregate amount thereof, directing bonds To be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments, prescribing the denomina- tions of said bonds, provfd!nE for the issuance of the same in annual series. YJhereas, a warrar~t and September, 1922, was issued assessment, dated for the work done made ~on a portion of Durant Street, an open the city of Santa Ana, for work and improvement described in Resolution of Intention No. V82, and made by Resolution No. Vgl, passed on the 1922; and Whereas, on the 4th day of November, tl~e 22nd day of · nd improveme~]t public street in the full expiration of thirty days from the date of said warrant and the said warrant bein~ returned and recorded by t~e Street Superintendent of the city of ~anta Aha, and after said returr wes recorded the Street Superintendent made up and filed with ~-e Clerk of th~ city of Santa ~na, as the Ulerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, a complete list of all unpaid assessments upun the assessment, and thc said Clerk thereupon gave notice of tl-'e filing of said list, and that 7:30 o'clock p.m. of Monday, the 20th day of ~ovcmher, 1922, at the council chamber of the hoard of Trustees of the cfty of Santa Aha, in the City ~all, w~s the tine therein fixed by him when interested persons might appear before the city council and sho~u ceuse why bonds should not be issued upon t~e security of tYe un['aid assessments shown on said list; and Whereas, the Board of Trustees of Santa ~na was in open session and duly convened at the time and t~e place in the said notice speci~ied, end proceeded to hear any objections pre- sented and no interested or other person spFearing to s~ow cause or. did show cause why bonds should not be icsued upon the s~cur!ty of the un,,aid assessments or objected thereto; It is therefore now by the Board of Trustees of t~e city of Santa Aris determined, resolved, and ordered as follows: ~irst The assessments which are unpaid for t~e work done and imnrovement made upon a portion of Durant Street, which work and improvement is briefly described in Reso]vtlon of Intention No. V82, passed on the Sth day of ~ay, 1922, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. ~91, passed on ~ay 2fth, 1922, are as follows: as briefly and ordered done 2~th day of l~ay, 1~22, bein~ after
