291t:, RESOLUTION NO. 880. A resolution determining unpaid assessments for the work done cud improvement made u~ou a portion of South Patton Street and South Van Ness Avenue, and the a~gregate amount thereof, directing bonds to be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments, pre- scribing the denominations of said bonds, pro- viding ~r the issuance of the same in annual series, warrant and assessment, dated the 4th day was Issued for the work done and improvement Whereas, October, 1022, made upon a portion of Zouth Fatten Street and Van Ness Avenue, open public streets in the city of Santa Ana, for work and im- provement, as briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. V68, and ordered done and made by Resclutlon No. VV1, passed on the 3rd da~ of April, 1922, and Whereas, on the 6th day of November, ~922, being after the full e~ iration of thirty days from the date of the warrant and the said warrant being ret~rned and rec.orded by the ~treet Superipte~de~t of the city of Santa Aha, and after said return was recorded the Street Superlnte~dent made um and filed with the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, as the Clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, a complete list of a~l un,aid assessments upon the assessment, and the said Clerk thereupon gave notice of the filing of satd'llst, and that ~:30 o'clock p.m. of the 20th day of November, 1922, at the counci~ chamber of the Board of Trustees of t?a city of Santa Ana, in the- City Hall, was the time therein fixed by him when interested persons might appear before the City Council and s~o~ cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessmen~ shown o~ said list; and W~ereas, the Board of Trustees of ~anta Aha was in open session and duly convened at the time and the Ulace in the said notice speSified,.and proceeded to hear any objections presente~ and no interested or other person apoear~ug to show ca~se or did show cause why bonds should not be iss~ed upon the security of the unpaid assessments or objected thereto; It is therefore now by the Board of Trustees of the City of'Santa Aha determined, resolved, a~d ordered as follows: F~ ST The assessments which are unpaid for the work dome and provement made upon a portion of South Patton Street and South Van Ness Avenue, which work and im~rove~ent is briefly describe in Resolution of Intention No. V68, passed on the 13th day of March, 1922, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. VV1, passed on the 3rd of April, 1922, are as follows:
