Third Bonds shall be issued upon the securitY of the un~aid assess- ments in the aggregate principal sum of $27,889.0~, and be payable in *em annual series.on the 2nd .day of July each year'next succeeding nine months after their date, unti~ all are paid. The sa~.d bonds shall bear interest'at the rate of 7% per annum from the 6th day of ~ovember, 1922, the date of filing with the Clerk of the city of Santa ~na the Street Superinte~ent's list of unpaid assessments, ~ntil the whole sum of principal and interest is paid. 'l~e intenest sha~l be paid semi-annually by coupons on tke.lnd day of JaRuary~and July, respectively, of eac~ year after the date of the bonds, provided that t~e .first payment of interest shall not be due until the 2n~ d~y of January, 1924, being six months before the maturity of the first annual series of the bonds. The bo~ds and interest shall be paid at the office of the Treasurer of the city of Santa Ama in said city, Orange County, California, upon.the presentation of the proper bonds and coupons, but of the redemption f~nd, and under no circumstances shall bonds or interest be paid out of any other fund. A redemption ftmd shall be kept by the Treasurer of the city of'Santa Ana, designated as the Patton-Van Ness Improvement Bond ~edemption Fund, in which the Treasurer shall place all'sums received from the collection of assessments made for the payment of the cost of the work and.improvement upon which the bonds are issued, and the interest and ~naltieS thereon.
