Resolved that the Engineer of the City of Santa Ana be amd is hereby ordered to prepare plans and sreclfications with careful estfmate for the fo]lowing worh to be do~e and ~mprove- merit to be made in said city, to-wit: For the construction, wiring, and installation of electric light equipment and anD!lances for that portion of West Fourth Street from Ross Street on the east to Artesla Street on the west. The above and forego~mg resolution was regularly introduce, and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa ~na, on the 2~th day of November, 1922, by the following California, vote..
