RESOLUTION 0HDERTNG WORK. N0. 888. Whereas, the Board of Trt~stees of the city of Santa l~na, on the 13th day of November, 1922, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 8V$ to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvement to be made ~ said city, which Resolution of Intention was duly and legally published twice in SANTA ANA DAII~ EVENING REGISTER, a da~]y newspaper published and clrc~- fated in the city of Santa Ann, all as required by law and appears from the affidavit of T. G.McDonour, principal Clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newsoaper, and whlc~ affidavit was f~d-e d in the office of tbs Clerk of said city on the 16th day of November, 19~2, amd now on file therein, and bherea~, after the passage and adoption of said resolu- tion of intention, the Street Superintendent of tko city of Sant Ann consplcuo~sly posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than 300 feet in ~!stsnce apart, and six in all notices of the passage of Resolution of Intention No. 8V3, headed - NOTICE OF I~.~ROV~E~IT, in manner, form, and substance as provided by law, and the work being charFeable upon a district, also conspicuousl~ posted copies of said notice along ail of the open streets w!thtn such district, not more than 300 ft. in distance apart on each street, a~d rested on said open streets twemty-four notices, and posted i~ all thirty notices~ !'~ ?~ereas, the street superintendent of the c~ty Of Santa :~na commenced to post the sai~ notices on the ~th day of November, l~22, and fully completed the Fost!mg thereof on said day, more than ten days before the ~ay set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, ail as appea~ by the affidavit of Edw. ~. Dahl, Street Superinteodent of the city of Santa Ann, filed in the office of * e ~h~ Clerk of sa~d city on the 21st ~ay of November, 1922, and now on file therein; and ~rner~as, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ann was duly in regular session at the ooHucil chamber thereof, in the City Ha~l, at the hour of V:Z0 o~c!ock p. m. of Monday, the ~th day of December, 1922, being the day, hour, ~nd ~.!sc. not,ce of which was cont,!ned i~ the Resolution of Intentlon a~d Notice of Improvement, when and where any and all ~erso~s baying any objection to the proposed work or i~provement might appear before the Board of Trustees and shcw cause why ~aid proposed improvement should not be carried ~:~t in accordances wf. tb sa~d resolution ofintentIon; And no owner of property liable to be assessed for said work made written o r any protests against the proposed work or against the extent of the district to be assessed, and no
