RESOLUTION NO. 895. RESOLUTION AEOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. Resolved, that the plane and specifications prepared and furnished by the City Engineer, of the city of S~nta Ana for the work to be done and the improvement to be made upon and along that portion of that open public street in the city of Santa Aha, cv~u,~only known as South Main Street, which portion thereof is described as extending from the center line of Edinger Street to the South 0ity Limits, by the construction upon the described portion of said street lying between the present pavement and the East curb line, of a 6 inch concrete pavement with belt finish wearing surface and the installation in the above mentioned street of an 8 inch main sewer line with flush tank and manholes and of lateral house connection sewers, and the construction of concrete curb and g~tters, also concrete curb returnee, where same have not already been constructed according to plans; be and is hereby adopted as -- and for the olans and specifications for the doing of said work and the making of said improvement. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 895 was duly and regularly imtroduced and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha at a regular meeting held on the 18thday of December, A.D., 1922, by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H. Chapman, H.H.Dale, ~ ~.A.Greenleaf, John G. Mitchell. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. ATTEST: E. ~. ~e6el~ City ~lerk. (SEAL) RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 896. ~esolved, that the City Engineer of the zity of San~a Ana be and he is hereby required to furnish to the Board of T~ustees of said c~ty plans and specifications and careful estimates Of cost for the improvement of West First Street, a public street in said city, from the East line of Baker Street to the West llne of Artesia ~treet, by paving same with 5 inch concrete pavement with belt-finish wearing surface and the ~nstallation in said street of lateral house commection sewers. ~-' The above and foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- duced before the ~oard of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana at a regular meeting thereof held on Monday, the 18th da~ ~ of December, 1922, read, considered and designated ~solution No. 896; the roll was celled and the P~solution passed by the vote of the following named members of t~e Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana: Ayes: T~ustees J.~'.Tubbs, C.H.
