P~ESOLUTION 0HDERING WORK <br /> <br /> NO. VV0. <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, <br /> on the 13th day of March, 1922, passed its Resolution of Intention <br /> No. V6V to order the hereinafter described work to be done and <br /> improvement to be made in said city, which Resolution of Intention <br /> No. V6V was duly and legally published twice in SANTA ANA DAILY <br /> EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the <br /> city of Santa Ana, all as required by law and appears from the af- <br /> fidavit of T. G. McDonour, principal Clerk of the printers smd <br /> publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed <br /> in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Aha on the 16th <br /> day of March, 1922. and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution <br /> Of Intention No. V6V,.the Street Superintendent of the city of <br /> Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated <br /> work and.improvement, at not more than 300 ft. in distance apart, <br /> and 28 in all, notices of the passage of Resolution of Intention <br /> No. V6V headed: NOTICE 0F IMPIOVEMENT, in manner, form, and sub- <br /> stance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a <br /> district, also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all <br /> of the open streets within such district, not more than 300 ft. in <br /> distance apart on each street, and did post on each street six <br /> notices, and on all said streets, 30 notices$ and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa <br /> Aha commenced to post the said notices on the 17th day of March, <br /> 1922, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 18th day of <br /> March, 1922, more than ten days beTore the day set for hearing <br /> <br />· protests or objections to the ~roposed work and improvement, all as <br /> appears by the affidavit of Edw. W. Dahl, Street Superintendent of <br /> the city of Santa Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of said <br /> city on the 18th day of March, 1922, aud now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana <br /> was duly in regular session at the council chamber thereof at the <br /> hour of V:30 o'clock P. M. of Monday, the 3rd day of April, 1922, <br /> being the day, hour and. place notice or'which was contained in the <br /> Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where <br /> any and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or <br /> improvement might appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause <br /> why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accord- <br /> ance with said Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br /> And no owner of property liable to be assessed for said <br />work made written or any protests against the proposed work or <br />against the extent of the district to be assessed, and no person <br />appearing to or did protest or object, and the Board of Trustees <br /> <br /> <br />
