RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK. <br /> NO. VV1. <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of <br /> Santa Aha, on the 13th day of March, 1922, psssed its <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 768 to order the herein- <br /> after described work to be done and improvement to be <br /> made in said city, which Resolution of Intention No. <br /> V68 was duly and legally published twice in SANTA ANA <br /> DAILY EVENING REG~TER, a daily newspaper published and <br /> circulated in the city of Santa Anal, all as required <br /> by law and appears from the affidavit of T. G. McDonour, <br /> principal Clerk of the printers and publishers of said <br /> daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the <br /> office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana on the <br /> <br /> day of March, 1922, and now on file therein, and <br /> 16th <br /> <br /> Whereas, after the passage arid adoption of <br /> <br /> said Resolution of Intention No. V68, the Street <br /> Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana conspicuously <br /> <br />· posted along the line of the contemplated work and im- <br /> provement, at not more than G00 feet in distance apart, <br /> and 84 in all, notices of the passage of Resolution of <br /> Intention No. V68, headed: NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in <br /> manner, form and substance as provided by law, and the <br /> work being chargeable upon a district also conspicuously <br /> posted copies of said notice along ail of the open <br /> streets within such district, not more than ~00 feet in <br /> distance apart, on each street, and did post on each <br /> Street six notices, and on all said streets, 120 notices; <br /> and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Street Superintendent of the city <br /> <br /> of Santa Ana co~mmenced to post the said notices on the <br /> 1Vth day of March, 19~, and fully completed the oosting <br /> thereof on the 17th day of March, 19~2, more than ten <br /> days before the ~ay set for hearing protests or objections-~ <br /> to the proposed work ~nd improvement, all as appears by <br /> the affidavit of Edw. W. Dahl, Street iSutoerintendent of <br /> the city of Santa ~na, filed in the office of the <br /> Clerk of ·said city on the 18th day of March, ~922, and <br /> now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> ~ereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of <br /> <br /> Santa Aha was d~ly in regular session at the council <br /> chamber thereof at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. of <br /> Monday, the 3rd day of April, 1922, being the day, hour <br /> and place notice of which was contaihed in the Resolution <br /> of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where <br /> any and all persons having any objections to the proposed <br /> <br /> <br />
