74 <br /> <br />Section 12, 394.95 feet; <br />thence West 395.V2 feet <br />thence North 0020' East <br /> <br />thence South 0° 12-3/4' West 400 feet; <br />to the east line of Ross ~treet; <br />along the East line of Ross Street <br /> <br />400 feet to the point of beginning, - and which is occupied <br />by the gro~mds and buildings of Jefferson School, and now <br />used in the performance of a public function, is included <br />within the district aforesaid, the Board of Trustees of <br />the city of Santa Aha hereby declares that said ].and shall <br />be included with the said assSssment and the assessment <br />therefor so far as the pavement is concerned shall be paid <br />by the city of Santa Aha out of that certain fund thereof <br />known as School Improvement Bond Fund, and as to all other <br />parts of the work to be done and improvement to be made, <br />the assessment therefor shall be paid by the city of Santa <br />Aha out of the General Fund. <br /> <br /> ~otice is hereby given that serial bonds to <br /> <br />represent unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate <br />of seven per cent. per annum will be issued hereunder in <br />the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, <br />the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years <br />from the second day of July next succeed~n~ nine months from <br />their date. <br /> <br /> NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, the 15th <br /> <br />day of May, 1922, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. of that day in the <br />council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the city of <br />Santa Aha, in the City Hall thereof, any and all having <br />any objections to the proposed work or improvement may <br />appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why <br />said proposed improvement should not be carried out in <br />accordance with this Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the city of Santa Ana shall cause this <br />Resolution of Intention to be published twice in the SANTA <br />ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and <br />circulated in the city of Santa Ana and which newspaper is <br />hereby designated for thst purpose. <br /> <br /> The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha <br />shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of <br />said contemplated work and improvement st not more than <br />three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, but not less <br />than three (3) in all, notices of the passage of this <br />Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br /> The work being chargeable upon a district copies <br /> <br />of said notice shall also be posted along all of the open <br />streets within such district, at not more than 300 feet in <br />distance apart on each street; all of the posting must be <br /> <br />least ten (10) days before the day in <br /> <br /> e ' <br />Intention set for h armng protests or <br /> <br />fully completed at <br />this Resolution of <br />objections. <br /> <br /> <br />
