74 Section 12, 394.95 feet; thence West 395.V2 feet thence North 0020' East thence South 0° 12-3/4' West 400 feet; to the east line of Ross ~treet; along the East line of Ross Street 400 feet to the point of beginning, - and which is occupied by the gro~mds and buildings of Jefferson School, and now used in the performance of a public function, is included within the district aforesaid, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha hereby declares that said ].and shall be included with the said assSssment and the assessment therefor so far as the pavement is concerned shall be paid by the city of Santa Aha out of that certain fund thereof known as School Improvement Bond Fund, and as to all other parts of the work to be done and improvement to be made, the assessment therefor shall be paid by the city of Santa Aha out of the General Fund. ~otice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate of seven per cent. per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeed~n~ nine months from their date. NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, the 15th day of May, 1922, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. of that day in the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, in the City Hall thereof, any and all having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. The Clerk of the city of Santa Ana shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published twice in the SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Ana and which newspaper is hereby designated for thst purpose. The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvement st not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (3) in all, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention. The work being chargeable upon a district copies of said notice shall also be posted along all of the open streets within such district, at not more than 300 feet in distance apart on each street; all of the posting must be least ten (10) days before the day in e ' Intention set for h armng protests or fully completed at this Resolution of objections.
