RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 782. <br /> <br /> Resolved, that it is the ~nteut~on of the Board of Trus- <br /> tees of t?e city of Santa ~'na to order ti? work to be done amd <br /> improvement to be made, hereinafter briefly described, on <br /> along a mortion of that o~en public street in said city, <br /> commonly known as Durant Street, which portion thez. eof is <br /> scr~ed as ~xtend~ng northerly from tie north~-riy line of West <br /> "asNington Avenue to the Center line of West P'ifteenth Street, <br /> and for the entire width of the described portion of Duran6 <br /> Street from the curb on t],e east side to the curb on the west <br /> side thereof, and where no curb exists then from the curb line <br /> on the east side to the curb line on the west siWe of Durant <br /> Street and where any street or alley intersects or terminates <br /> in Durant Street, then beyond the curb line amd across the <br /> sidewalk reservation to the east and west property lines there- <br /> Ofo <br /> <br /> ~he use hereinafter of the words or phrase "~rant Street" <br /> means and sba]] at all times be construed to mean the Portion <br /> of that open public street above described. <br /> <br /> The work and i~rove~rent w~cl~ tb~ B~rd of T~stees of <br />the city of Santa Ana intends to order done nnd made on and <br />along Durant Street is briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> (1) The regrading of Durant Street to a sub-grade five <br />(S) inches'below the official grade on Purant Street as now <br />established. <br /> <br /> (2) The pavement of Dur~r~t ~t. eet <br /> <br />on the , ' <br /> s.~o-grade of a concrete ~ave~ent <br /> <br />comnleted with a belt f-nmsh wearins surface to the official <br /> <br />gl~ade. <br /> <br /> (3) <br /> <br />sewer trench, <br />Durant Street <br /> <br />by the construction <br />five (5) inches thick <br /> <br />o~cavat~on of one ~!) 2ateral house Connection <br />approximately five (5) feet ~eep at a point on <br />84 feet north of the northerly t~ne of West <br />Washington Avenue and extending westerly from tha main sewer <br />Di~eline now constructed an~ existing in and approximately <br />along tlc canter line of Durant Street, to and flush with <br />the inside of t~e curb constructed on the west side of DUrant <br />Street; the !ayin~ in said se~er trench of a lateral house <br />connection sewer, constructed of four (4) inch '~nside <br />diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical sewer pipe, <br />connected with the main sewer pi~'eline and extending from said <br />main sewer pipeline to a~d flush with the inside of sai~ curb, <br />a~d the backfillin? and settling of said sewar trench to a true <br />and solid surface on the subgra~e. <br /> <br />Exae~tin~ from t~ work above describe~, any of said <br />work already done u~on Dur~nt Street to the of?icial Frame. <br /> <br /> VxceEt~ng, however, from air of the aforesaid described <br /> <br /> <br />
