day, in the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, in the city hall thereof, any and all per- sons h~ving any objections to the proposed work or improve- ment may apoear before the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana and show cause why said oroposed i]u~rovement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. She Clerk of the city of Santa Aha shall cause this solution of Intention to be published twice in SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of ~anta ~na, and which newspaper is hereby designated by said Board of Tr~stees for that purpose. The Street Suoertntendent of the city cause to be conspicuously posted along the templated work and Imt~rovement at not more of Santa Aha shall line of said con- than ~00 feet in distance apart, but not less than three in all, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention. The work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be ~osted along all of the open public streets within such district, at ~ot more than ~00 feet in distance apart, on each street. Ail of the posting must. be fully completed at least ten days before the day in this Resolution of Intention set for hearing protests or objections. All of said notices shall be headed - ~IOTICE OF I~?ROVE- Nh~T - in letters of not less than one inch in length[ and shal in ]~eglible characters state the fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its date, and briefly describe the work and improvement proposed, and refer to this Resolution of Intention for further particulars; said notice shall also contain a statement of the day, hour, and ~lace when and where any and all persons having any objections to the aroposed work or improvement may appear before the Board of Trustees Qf the city of Santa Ana, an~ show Cause why the said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention, and there shall a~so be inserted therein the following: "Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of seven per cent, per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner pro- vided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last install- ment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their date."
