RESOLUTION O[~ERING WORK NO. 785. Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, on the 24th day of April, ]922, passed its Resolution of Intention No. VV8 to order the ~ereinafter described work to be done and improvement to be made in said city, which Resolu- tion of Intention No. VV8 was duly and legally published twice in SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in' the City of Santa Aha, all as required by law and appears from thea ffldavit of T. G. McDonour, principal Clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newsma~er, and which affidavit was filed in the office of t~e Clerk of the city of Santa Aha on the 28th day of April, 1922, and now on file therein~ and Whereas, after the passage amd adoption of said Resolution of Intention No. VV8, the btreet Superintendent of t~e city of Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the Ii~e of the contemplated work .and improvement, st not more than 300 feet in distance apart and V9 in all, notices of the passage of Resolution of Intention No. VVS, headed: NOTICE OF I~PROVEMENT, in manner, fol~n, and substance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of t~e open public streets with- in such district, not more than 300 feet each street, and did ~ost on each street all said streets, 104 notices; and ~ereas, the Street Superintendent Santa Aha commenced to Dost the said ~otices in distance apart on six notices, and on of the city of on t~e 28th day of April, 1922, and fully completed the ~osting thereof on the said 28th day of April, t9~, n~ore than ten days before the day set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improv~ent, all. as appears hy the affidavit of Edw. W.Dahl, Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana, filed in t~e office of 'the Clerk of said city on the 20th day of A~ril, ]922~ and now on file therein~ and ~ereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha was duly in regul'ar session at the council chamber thereof at the hour of V:30 o~clock p.m. of ~onday, the 15th day of May, 1922, being the day, hour and mlace notice of which was contained ~m the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improve- ment, when and where any and all persons hayer? any objection to the ~roposed work or in~provement might appear before the Board of Trustaes and show cause why said vroposed improvement should not be ca~ried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; and Whereas, ~ 1 protests or objections pz'esented ~aving
