V86. ~eso!ved, thot the City Engineer of the city of Santa Aha be and is hereby required to furnish to the Board cf Trustees of said city, plans, specifications and careful estima~;es of cost for the improvement of a portion of that open public street in the city of Santa Aha commonly known as French Street. The portion thereof to be improved is described as extending north from the no~%h line of East ~ashington Avenue to the north line of Fourteenth Street and from the south line of East Fifteenth Street to the south line of East Seventeenth Street. I hereby certify tl~at the foregoing resolution was resularly introduced before the Board of Trustees of tNe city of Santa Aha at a meeting thereof held and was passed by the vote of t}}e Board of Trustees, to-wit: Ayes: Trustees J. ¥. Og]esby for an extension of the time in which to commlete the work and improvement upon a ~ortion of North Flower Street, South Flower Street and West First Street, as provided for ~mder t?,e terms of a contract entered into by the Street Superintendent of t}:e City of Santa Aha and t~:e said T. W. O~lesby on the 13th day of Dece~ber, 1921; It is hereby ordered by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha that t~:e time w~thin w~ch to complete the work and improvement upon a portion of North Flower Street, South Flower Street and a portion of West ~rst Street, as ~rovided for in the terms of tl~e co~tract entered into by Edward W. Dahl as Street Sumerintendent of the Cfty of Santa Ana on the 13th day of December, 1921, and T. W. Oglesby as contractor, be and is hereby extended a p~riod of sixty days to and including the 26th day of June, 1922, and tLts extension shall be deemed to commence and be effective from t~e 26th day of April, 1922, the date of the expiration of the original time fix6d in the contract.
