Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 19th pay of March, 1923, at V:30 o~eloek p.m. of that day, in the council chamber of t}~e Board of Trustees of the city of Santa And, in the City Hall thereof, any and all persons havin~ any obJec~ tions to the proposed work or improvement may appear before said Board of Trustees s~d s~ow cause why said proposed improve ment should not be carrle~ out in accordance with this Resolu- tion of Intention. Any property owner, whose property is to be as~essed~to pay the cost a~d exyenses of the proposed improvement may, at the said time and [lace, aT-~.ear before the Board of Trustees and make objections to the proposed change or modification:: of the grade on said part of North Parton Street. The Clerk of the city of Sauna And shall cause this Resolu- tion of ~ntentton to be published twice in SAMTA ANA ~,ILY EVEMING [EGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa And, and which newspaper is hereby desiFnsted for that ~rpose by the Board of Trustees. TYe Street S~peri~tendent of the City of Santa A~a shall cause to be co~smicuously posted along the line of said con- templated work and imyroveme~t, at nor more than three hundred (ZOO) feet in distance apart, but not less than three in all, notices of tie passage of this Resolution of Intention. The work being chargeable upon a district, copies of sa~d notice shall also be posted along all of the open streets with- in such district, at not more ttmn distance apart o~ e~ch street; all com[~leted at least ten days before three hundred (300) feet in of tt:e posting must be f~lly t~e day in this Resoltition of Intention Set for hearing protests or objections. All of said notices shall be headed - ~OT!CE OF I~FI[0VE~EN in letters of not less than one f~ch in length, and shall in legible characters state the fact of tie passage of this Resolu tion of Intention, its date, ~n~ bri~ffly describe the work and improvement Frorosed and refer to this Resolution of Inten- tion for further paP~Ic~lars. The proposed work is to be done on a part of North Patton Street at a grade other t~an t?e existing official grade, and the notice of improvement shall recite that fact, and ~er to the plans and specifications for further particulars a~ to such pz, o?os~d grade.
