Resolved, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha to order the work to be done and the improvement to be made hereinafter briefly describ,~d, on and alonF a portion of that open rublic street in the city of Santa Aha commonly known as Sou~h Oarnsey Street, and which portion thereof is described ss be2inning at the south line of %~est Pine Street and extending south ,. to the nort~ line of Fairview Avenue, and the entire ~dth of the described portion of South Oarnsey Street from the curb constructed on the ea[terly side thereof to the curb constructed on the westerly side thereof, and where no curb is constructed then to the easterly and westerly curb lines existing on the described portion of Soutl Oernsey Street, and when Shy street, Dart of a street, or alley intersects or te~minate~ in ~he described portion of South Osrnsey Street, then beyond the curbs, a~d where no curbs exist, beyond t]~e curb lines and ac~oss the sidewalk reservations to the east and west property lines of the described portion of South 6arn~ey Street; Also on and along a portion of that open public street ii the cfty of Santa Aha commonly known as West Myrtle Street,. and which portion thereof, is described as beginning at the west llne of South Patton Street and extending west to the east line of ~o~hJLFlower Street, and the entire width of th~ described portion of ~est Myrtle Street from the curb con- structed on the northerly side thereof to the curb constructs, on the southerly side thereof, ~nd where no curb is con- structed then to the northerly and southerly curb lines existing on the described portiqn of ",~ ~.e~t ~yrtle Street, and when any street, part of a street, or alley intersects or terfainates in the described ¥ortion of ~est Myrtle Street,
