hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees. The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (ZOO) feet in distance apart, but not less than three in all, notices of the pass~e of this Resolution of Intention. The work bei~ chargeable upon a district, copies of s~id notice shall also be posted along ali of the open streets within such district, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart on each street; all of the posting must be fully completed at least ten bO) days before the day in this Resol6tt~n of Intention set for hearing protests or objections. All of said notices shall be headed - NOTICE OF I~}'~{OVE~ENT - in letters of nat less than one inch in length, and shall in legible characters state the fact of the pass~ge of this Resolution of Intention, its date, and briefly describe the work and improvement proposed and refer to this Resolution of Intention for further particulars. The proposed work is to be done on South Garnsey Street and West Myrtle Street at a grade Other than the existing official grade, snd the notice of improvement shall recite that fact~ and refer to the plans and speclftca~ions for further particulars as to such pro- posed grade. Said notice shall also contain a statement of the day, hour, and ¥1ace when and where any 8nd all persona having any objections to the proposed work or improve-~ ment, may appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why the said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of In-~ tentlon. And there shall also be inserted therein the follow- lng: "Notice is hereby ~iven that serial bonds to re~resent unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate of six rercent, per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided ~y the Improvement Bond Act cf 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine mop, tbs from their date."
