AESOLUTION Ot{DEkI}iG %~OkK No. 969 WhereAs, the Board of Trustees of the city of Sants ~,na, on ttJe l~6th day of Februsry, 1923, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 953 to order the here- inafter described work to be done and tmDrovement to be made in said city, wt-Ich Resolution of Intention was duly and legally pu'lished~ twice'in SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a drily newspaper ~ubliched and circulated in the city of Santa Aha, all as required by law and aprenrs from tPe affidavit of Joseahine Lykke, pr'nciDal Clerk of the printers and pub]is?ers of s~id daily news¥'aDer, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the city of bants Aha on the lot day of March, 1923, and now on file there- in, and ~hereas, after the p~sn~e and adoption of said l~esolution of Intention tlc Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana conspicuously posted alcn? the line of the contem~l~,ted work ~nd improvement, at not more tban J00 ft. in distance apnrt, and 18 in ~11, notices of the passage of Resolution of Intention No. 95Z, headed - NOTICE OF IEPkOV~.~ENT ~ in manner, form, and substance'as provided by l~w, a~d the work being chargeable upbn a district ~lso conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the open str**ts within such district, not more than ~00 ft. in distance apart on e~ch street, and posted on said open streets ~6 notices, and posted in all 54 notices; Whereas, the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha commenced to post the said notices on the 5th doy of M~rch, 192J, and fully completed the posting thereof on said 5th day of March, 192J, more tlsn ten d~2s bcfore tbs d~y set for heorlng protes!s or objection~ to the proposed work and imyroveme~t, all as appears by the affidavit of Edw. W.
