A Resolution of the City of Santa ~.na, by the lemislature< branch thereof, to-wit: the Board of T:ustees, providing'for the issuance and sale of the bonds of said city for the com- pletion, construction and acquisition of certain mun'cfpal improvements in and for said city, prescribing the form of such bonds, fixing the rate of interest to be pai~ thereon, the date and place of payment of said bonds, principal and interest, providing a sinking fund for the pa~vaent a~d redem- tio~ of the bonds, principal and interest. Whereas, by Ordinance No. V07 of the city of Santa Ann, a special election was called and ordered to be held within the city of Santa Ann on the 2fth day of M~rch, 19~3, for the' purpose of submitting to the qualified voters thereof several propositions of ~ncurring a bonded debt and issuing tbs bonds of the city of Santa Ann in t]~e several amounts of tbs princtpa of indebtedness and for the several objects and purposes sst forth in Resolution No. 9~9, and recited and described in Ordinance No. V0V of ~aid city; Where s, at said soeci~l election the several rroposition~ and the amounts of the principal of indebtedness therefor were submitted as follows:- Proposition No. 1.
