I~ESOLUTION REQUIRING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS Resolved, that the E~ngineer of the City of Santa Ana be-and he is hereby required to furnish plans and specifications and careful estimates of cost for the improvement, by the construction of pavement, curbs and lateral house connecting sewers, in and on a portion of that open public street of the City of Santa Aha, conmaon- ly known as and called West.Washington Avenue from the West line of North Broadwa~ to ~he. East line of Lowell Street.
