RESOLH~0N REQUIRING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. No. 1018. Resolved, that the E~gineer ~ the City of Santa Ana be and is hereby required to furnish plans and specifications and careful estimates of cost for the improvement of Fairview Avenue, which portion is described as running Westerly from the West line of Flower Street to the East line of South Bristol Street by the construction of pavement, curbs and sewers in and on said portion. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced before the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at an adjourned regular meetimg thereof held the llth day of June, 1923, and passed bT the vote of the following named members thereof. Resolved, that the ~ngineer of the City of Santa Ana be and is hereby required to furnish plans and specifications and cmre- ful estimates of cost for the improvement of portions of those open public streets of the City of Xanta Ana, oammonly known as and called North Arrases Street and West Wmshington Avenue by the construction of pavement 1S feet wide, sewers and culverts, in and on sa~d portions, described as follows: North Artesia Street from North line of West Fifth Street to North line of West Wa~ington Avenue and West Washington Avenue from East line of Lowell Street to the East line of Artesia Street.
