RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. lOS1 Resolved., that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and imProvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha upon and along a portion of those open public streets in said city, c~mm~only known as Wilshire Avenue:, Borchard Avenue, South Sycamore Street, South Broadway, South Birch Street, South Ross Str~t, South Van Ness Avenue, South Patton Street and South Garnsey Street; which portions thereof are described as follows: That portion of that open public street therein cormnonly ~nown as and called Wilshire Avenue which portion extends West from the West line of South Main Street to the East line of South Flower Street excepting therefrom the inter- sections at South Sycamore Street, South Broadway, South Birch Street, South Ross Street,South Van Ness Avenue, South Part~n Street and South Garnsey Street, and for the entire width of said described portions of Wilshire Avenue from the curb line on the North to the Curb line on the. South thereof.
