That portion of that open public street therein commonly known as and called South Garnsey Street which portion extends So~th from the South llne of Fairwlew Avenue to the North li~e of Edlnger Street a~d for the entire width of the said d~cr~.bed por- ~tfons of South Garnsey Street from the Curb line on the East to the curb line on the ~est thereof and where any street or alley inter-~ sects or terminates in the described portion of South Garnsey Street then beyond the curb li~e and across the slde-walk reser- vations to the East and West proper~y lines thereof. The work and improvement on the described portions of ~tlshire Avenue,~ Borchard Avenue, South Sycamore Street, South Broadway, South-Birch Street, South Ross Street, South Van Ness ~treet to be as Avenue, ~outh Patton Street and South Garnsey ~' follows: (A) The re-grading of s~fd portloos to a sub-grs~e five (~) inches below the official grade thereof as now established a~fl t~e ~avlng of the descr~be~ portlo~s by the Co~!~struction on said s~b-grade of a concrete pavement five ($) inches thick with belt ftni~h wearing surface co~plete with the furnishing of necessary equipment, labor and material to the official grade. (b) The constructi[~u of cement curb on said porti~s · of said streets..~,ke~.,,same have not already been constructed as shQwn on plans complete w~th the fuz~n!shing of all mecessary equipment, labor and material in accordance with plans and spec- ifications. (c) The excavation of trench app~oxi~ately six (~) feet iu deptha nd the furnish!~]g and layinE therelr~ of s~x (8) inch main sewer in accordance with plans an~ specifications. (d) The e×cavatlon of tr, enc~es aprroxlmately slx (8) fe~t in depth and the furnishing and insta11Ing therein of forty (~0) four (~) inch house connection sewers from the main sewer ~tpe lie as constructed in and a~roxim~tely ~lo~g the center llne of the above described South Oarnsey Street to and i~side 9~ ~ curb,~isting upon the East a~ ~est sides thereof com- plete in accordance with the plans and specifications.
