201 RESOLUTION NO. 1036 ~ESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECICATIONS NO. 99V, FOR WOP~K TO BE DONE AND IMPHOVE~ENT TO BE MADE ON FAIRVIEW AVENUE. RESOLVED~ that the plans and specificationes hereto fore adopted on the Vth day of May, 1923, aa Resolution No. 99V, for work to be done and an improvement to be made in, on and along that portion of Fairview Avenue described as all that portion of Fairview Avenue which ext&nxts ~est from the West line of South Main Street to the West line of South Flower Street and for the entire width of the said avenue from the curb line on the North to the curb line on the South thereof, be, and the same are herebv rescinded. I hereby certify that the'foregoing Resolution of Rescission was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of July, 1923, by the following vote: AYES, Trustees 0.
