Pursuant to the provisions <br /> <br />of an Act of the Legislature of the state of Californias <br />entitled "An Act Authorizing Municipalities to Declare <br />Noxious or Dangerous ~eeds Growing upon the §treets <br />or ~dew~lks, or upon Private Propert~ within Muni- <br />cipalities, to be a Public Nuisance, Creating a Lien <br />upon the Property ~'rontin~ upon Such.~treets or Side- <br />walks or upon which such Nuisance ~xists for the coat <br />of Abating. the.
