L% Ve~el~ <br />Clerk of the 0ity of banta Aha. <br /> <br />RESOLL~ION 0~DERING WORK <br /> No. 1056. <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the <br /> <br />did, on the l~th day of July, 1923, pass its Heselution of <br />Intention No. 1046, to order the hereinafter described work. <br />to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa <br />Aha, which Resolution of Intention No. 1046 was duly and <br />legally published twice in the Santa Aha Daily Evenir~ Regis- <br />ter, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City <br />of Santa Aha, all as required by law and appears from the <br />affidavit of T. G. McDenour, principal Clerk of the printers <br />and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit <br />was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa <br />Ana on the 19th day of July, 1923, and now on file therein; <br />and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after the adoption of said Resolution of <br />Intention and on the lath day of July, 1923, the Street Sup- <br />erintendent of the City of Santa Aha caused notices of the <br />passage of Resolution of Intention No. 1046 headed; "NOTICE <br />OF IMPROVEMENT" to be duly, legally and conspicuously posted <br />along the line of said contemplated work and improvement, <br />less than 300 feet in distance apart, and 38 notices in all, <br />and the work being c~rgeable upon a district also to be <br />posted along all the open streets within such district less <br />than 300 feet in distance apart, and 85 notices in all on <br />each street, as appears from the affidavit of W. G. Enox, <br />said street superintendent, who personally posted said no- <br />tices of Improvement and who, upon the completion of the <br />posting of said notices, forthwith on the 1st day of August~ ~ <br />1923, filed said affidavit in the office of the Clerk of the <br />City of Santa Aha, making oath that he completed the posting <br />of said notices on the 23rd day of July, 1923. <br /> <br /> Whereas, at the hour of seven-thirty o'clock P.M. <br />of Monday, the 6th day of August, 1923, at the Council Cham- <br />ber of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, that <br />beir~g the day, hour and place when and where any and all per- <br />sons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement <br /> <br />City of Santa Aha <br /> <br /> <br />
