The Clerk of the city of ~anta ~na sha]l c~use this Resolution of Intention to be ~ublished twice i~ SA~ITA AR~ D~ILY EVEt~ING L?GISTEi~ a d,-ily news¥:ap~r published and circ~lated in the city of ~anta ~na, and which newspaper is hereby designated for fiat purpose by the Board of Trustees. Ail of said notices shall be headed - ~0TICE 0F I~Ph0VE;.~EI~T in letters of not less than one inch in length, and shall in legible characters state the fact of the passage of t?~is kesolntion of Iniention, its date, and briefly describe the work and improvement Fro[used and refer to this Resolution of Intention for further particulars. ~.e proposed work is to be done on ~ou~h Oarnsey Street and ~,est ~gyrtle Otreet at a ~rade ut?er tkan the exist~p~ official grade, and tt:e notice of ir~provement shall recite that fact, and refer to t) e ~olsns and specffl- cations for further particulars as to s~ch pro~osed grade. Said notice shall also contain a st~tement of the day~ hour, and ?lace when and where any ~nd all persons having any objections to t~e pro~sed work o~ imFrove- ment, may appear, before tlc Board of Trustees and show cause why the said proposed improvement sho,~ld not be carried out in accordance with this ~esolution of Intention. And there shall also be inserted therein the follow- ins: "~otice is hereby given that serial bonds to re- present unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of six per cent. per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner pro~!ded by the Improvement Bond ~ct of 1915, t~e last i~:st~l!ment of which bor~ds s~ll mature nine years from t~e second day of July next succeeding ~ine mop,tbs from lheir date. All said r~tices sl~ll be posted and shall contain and set forth in manner and fo~n the facts~ t~:in~s, and matters l~equiz~ed by law.
