RESOLUTION NO. 921. A resolution determining unpaid assessments for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of West First Street, and the aggregate thereof, direct- ing bonds to be issued upon the security of the assessments, prescribing the denominations of bonds, providing for the issuance of the same series. Whereas, unpaid said in annual a warrant and assessment, dated the 23rd day of November, 1922, was issued for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of West First Street, an open public street in the city of Santa Aha, for work and improvement as briefly described in Resolution of Intention bo. 806, passed on the Zrd day of JUly, 1922, and ordered done and made by Hesolution mo. 812, passed on the 24th day of July, 1922; Whereas, on the 8th day of January, 1923, being after the full expiration of thirty days from the date of.the warrant, and the said warrant being returned and recorded by the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha, and after said return was recorded, the Street Superintendent made up and filed with the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, as the Clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, a complete list of all unpaid assess- ment upon the assessment, and said Clerk thereupon gave notice of the filing of said list, and that o'clock p.m. of the 22nd day of January, 1923, at the council chamber of the B~)ard of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha' was the time therein fixed by hi~' when interested persons might appear before the City Council and s~ow cause why gonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list; ~ereas, the Boardof Trustees of Sant~ Aha was in session and duly convened at the time and place in the said notice specified and proceeded to hear any object- ions presented, and no interested or other persons appearing to show cause or did show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the seedrity ~f the unpaid assessments, or objected thereto: It is therefore now by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha determined, resolved, and ordered as follows:- First The assessments which are unpaid for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of West Firet Street, which work and improvement is briefly described in Resolution o'f Intention No. 806, passed the 3rd day of July, 1922, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 812, passed on the 24th d~y of July, 1922, are as' follows:-
