373 HESOLUTION~N0, 875~. A Resolution by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, as the legislative body thereof, determining and declaring that the construction and maintenance of an outfall sewer is necessary and that it will be for the advantage and interest of the city of Santa Aha, the city of Anaheim and the city of Fullerton, by their respective legislative bodies, to enter into a Joint agreement amendatory to the Joint agreement here- tofore entered into by the city of Santa Ana and the city of Anaheim, and provide for the Joint construction and maintenance of a Joint outfall sewer and by such $o~nt a~ement to pro- vide for the Joint payment of the costa and expenses of and for the jolut use, benefit, and maintenance of such necessary out fall sewer. The Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, as the legislative body thereof, does determine, declare and resolve as follows: Resolved, that the construction and maintenance of an outfall sewer is necessary, which outfall sewer shall consist of approximately sixty (60) acres of land situated and located in the County of Orange, State of California, at or in the immediate vicinity of the place where the easterly line Of Section 82, TownshiP 5 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M., inter- sects the westerly line of Newbert Protection Districtts right ~ of way for the Santa Ana River, as a sewer treatment site; also a strip of land thirty (30) feet in width, extending from such sewer treatment site in a s~ utheasterly direction to the line of ordinary high tide of the Pacific Ocean, as a pipeline right of way; also the construction and maintenance on the sewer treatment site of the necessary structures, apparatus, ~ppliances machinery, and equipment for the proper, s~fficient and scientific treatment of sewage; also the construction and main- tenance on the pipeline right of way of a concrete sewer pipe- line, extending from the sewer treatment site to the line of ordinary high tide of the Pacific Ocean and connected therewith a cast irDn sewer pipeline extending into the waters of the Pacific Ocean approximately 800 feet for the conveyance and disposal of sewage. The sewer treatment plant and sewer pipeline to be ade- quate and sufficient to treat, carry and dispose of the sewage developed and originating in the city of Santa Ana, the city of Anaheim and the city of Fullerton. Re~'lved, that it is for the interest and advantage of the city of Santa Aha, the city of Anaheim, and the city of Fullerton, to enter into a Joint a .~reement authorizing and providing for the Joint construction and maintenance of such necessary outI*a.~l sewer outside of the exterior boundaries of al~ such municipal corporations, and by such Joint agreement provide for the Joint payment of costs and expenses of and for the Joint use, benefit, and maintenance of such necessary outfall sewer, and upon such terms and conditions, and under such regulations as may be a~proved by the Boards of Trustees, as the legislative bodies, of the city of Santa Aha, the city of
