RESOLUTION NO. 57-270 CONCEdinG PARES~G LI~iITAT1ONS AND CURB ~KINGS iN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: BE IT R~SOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section ~72, and Section 3~01 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City declares that portion of Resolution No. 55-71, adopted the 7th day of March, 1955, and ordering the curb painted WHITE as follows: ORANGE AVENUE On'the East side of Orange Avenue between St. Gertrude Place and St. Andrew Place, located as follows: North 60 feet of the South 220 feet is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section No. ~72~ and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and 1 ~m~tations as set ~rth in Section 3215 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows: OP~NGE AVENUE On the East side of Orange Avenue between St. Gertrude Place and St. Andrew Place, located as follows: North 150 feet of the South 310 feet and said curb along said street shall be painted GREE~ and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maxi,,~m time l~m~t for parking shall be twelve (12) minutes, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described. PASSED AND ADOPTE~ by the CounCil of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of October , 1957. Clerk of the Council
