RESOLUTION NO. 57-311 ACCEPTING T W 0 GRANT DEEDS FROM BULLOCK'S, INC., CONVEYING EAsEmENTS WHEREAS, Bullock's, Inc. has presented to the City of Santa Ana t w o deeds dated November 21, 1957, conveying easements over and through property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, for the purposes as hereinbelow set out: An easement for street purposes over the following: Commenctug at the northeast corner of Section l, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base md Meridian and running thence North 0° 02' 48" West along the center line of Main Street 662.31 feet to the true point of be- ginning; thence South 89° 49' 42" West 36.00 feet; thence North 9° 02' 48t' West 1322.$3 feet thence North 89° 48' 42" East 30.00 feet; thence South 0° 02' 48'' East 1322.63 feet along said center line of Main Street to the true point of beginning. EXCEPTING that portion previously granted for street pur- poses. An easement for construction and mainten~lce of an under- ground storm drain, together with appurtenances over and through the following: Commencing at the northeast corner of Section l, Township 5 South, R~ ge l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, and running thence North 0° 02' 48" West ~ cng the center line of Main Street, 662.31 feet; thence South 89° 49' 42" West 36.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 0o 02, 48" West 725.52 feet; thence South 89° 49' 42'' ?~est 10.O0 feet; thence South 0° 02' 48'' East 725.52 feet; thence North 89° 49' 42" East 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning. Reserving unto the Grantor surface rights for paving, sur- face parking ~nd movement of vehicles, ingress and egress to and from Grantor's lands lying westerly of said easement, landscaping and ornamental fencing.
