<br />EASEMENTS FOR WI~-~NG NORTH MAIN, EVEHGREEN, ADAM~, AND
<br />SEVENTEENTH STREETS, AND A DEED SURRENDERING VEHICULAR
<br />ACCESS RIGHTS TO A PORTION OF DELHI ROAD
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the people whose names appear below have delivered to
<br />the City of S~ta Ana deeds granting easements for the purpose of
<br />widening North Main Street, without cash consideration, and the dates
<br />
<br />are set opposite each name as follows:

<br /> WHEREAS, Emily T~ ij~ has delivered to said City a deed dated
<br />November 25, 1957 conveying an easement for the widening of Adams
<br />Street, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, Rex M. Gr~$o~_m and ~orene Grissom, and John A. Pou~k
<br />
<br />and Selma Pouk, have delivered to said City a deed dated December 9,
<br />1957, conveying an easement for the widening of Seventeenth Street, and
<br />
<br /> WItEREAS, Anton H. Seg~e~str0m, Nellie Ruth Segerstrom, Harold T.
<br />Segerstrom, Veronica ?. Segerstrom, Henry T. Segerstrom, Yvonne de C.
<br />Segerstrom, Harold T. Segerstrom, Jr., and Jeannette E. Segerstrom
<br />have delivered to said City a deed dated December 5, 1957, granting
<br />
<br />and surrendering all vehicular access rights to
<br />Road described in a deed recorded in Book 3607,
<br />Records of 0r~ge County, Califomia, and
<br />
<br />that portion of Delhi

<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are offered without cash considera-
<br />tion being paid by said City;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City,s desi~ated agent,
<br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on each deed, and
<br />tae Clerk of the Council is directed to cause said deeds to be re-
<br />corded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
