RESOLUTION NQ. 58-5 <br /> <br />~SOLUTION DECLARL~G,,,,YT~;L~ RIGHT_OF_WAY,, INTEHSECTION: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, Section ~71.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code of the City of Santa Aha, the City Council hereby declares the following named <br />intersection within the City of Santa Aha hereinafter described to be "Yield- <br />Right-of-Way" intersection, to-wit: <br /> <br /> HOBAE~ STREET <br /> <br /> At the intersection of Hobart Street and Cypress Avenue <br /> <br />That a "Yield Right-of-Way" sign shall be erected at the intersection <br />above described, directing traffic on Hobart Street to "Yield" to the <br />traffic on Cypress Avenue; <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be erected <br />as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOfTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 6th <br /> <br />AT ~.ST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />~TAT~.
