P~SOLU~ION NO. 58-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS <br />INTENTION TO IMPROVE DELHI STREET AND OTHERS <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND DETERMINING <br />THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT THE <br />COST THEREFOR, AND DECLARING THE WORK TO BE <br />OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT <br />AND THAT THE EXPENSE THEREOF SHALL BE <br />ASSESSED UPON A DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, by <br />Resolution No. 58-13, adopted January 6, 1958, set a hearing, <br />pursuant to Section 17 of Article XIII of the Constitution of <br />the State of California, for January 20, 1958, to determine <br />whether the public convenience and necessity require the improve- <br />ment of Delhi Street and others, all in the City of Santa Aha, by <br />the clearing of right of way, grading, preparing subgrade and <br />paving with asphaltic plant mix, construction of concrete curbs, <br />gutters, sidewalks and driveway aprons, and appurtenant work <br />thereto; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on said date said hearing was held and said <br />City Council by Resolution No. 58-14, adopted by a ~/Sths vote on <br />January 20 , 1958, determined that the public convenience and <br />necessity require the said improvement of Delhi Street and others, <br />all in the City of Santa Ana, by the clearing of right of way, <br />grading, preparing subgrade and paving with asphaltic plant mix, <br />construction of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and driveway <br />aprons, and appurtenant work thereto, all as set forth in said <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1.
