RESOLUTION NO. 58-~7 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED

<br />WHEREAS, ALBERT BRUNING and BLANCHE BRUNING have presented to
<br />
<br />the City Council a Grant Deed dated January 22, 1958, in consideration
<br />
<br />of payment of $20,400.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
<br />
<br />County of Orange, State of California, described as:
<br />
<br />PARCEL l: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the land con-
<br />veyed to N. F. Andrews and wife by deed recorded January 30,
<br />19~8 in Book 1611, at Page 384 of Official Records of Orange
<br />County, California, said point being in the center line of
<br />West First Street and the South line o f Section 10, Township
<br />~ South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and ~eridian,
<br />distant South 89° 34' 00" West 880.03 feet west of the South-
<br />east comer of said Section, and running thence North O0° 01,
<br />15" West, along the East line of said land conveyed to Andrews
<br />and its Northerly prolongation, 652.74 feet to the North line
<br />of the land conveyed to Albert Bruning and Fife by deed record-
<br />ed May 12, 1947 in Book 1514, Page 36~, Off~cial Records of
<br />said Orange County; thence North 89° ~4' 00" East, along said
<br />North line, 100 feet; thence South OOv 01' l~'t East parallel
<br />with said East line of said land conveyed to Andrews and its
<br />Northerly prolongation, 6~2.74 feet to said South line of
<br />Section 10; thence South 89° 3~' 00" West 100 feet to the point
<br />of beginning.
<br />PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point in the center line of West
<br />First Street and the South line of Section 10, Township 5 South,
<br />Raonge l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, distant South
<br />89 3~' 00" West 760.00 feet of the Southeast corner of said
<br />Section, and running thence South 89° 34' 00" West along said
<br />South line, 20.03 feet to a point distant North 89° 34' 00"
<br />East 100 feet of the Southeast corner of the land conveyed to
<br />N. F. Andrews and wife by deed recorded January 30, 1948, in
<br />Book 1611, Page 384, Official Records of Orange County, C~i-
<br />fornia; thence North 00o 01, l~" West psr allel with the East
<br />line, and its Northerly prolongation, of said land conveyed to
<br />Andrews 330.00 feet to the Westerly prolongation of the North
<br />line of the land described in Parcel i in the deed to Harold
<br />M. Zeiger and wife recorded December 23, 1949, in Book 1944,
<br />Page 3~1 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence
<br />North 89° 34' 00" East, along said Weste~y prolongation, to
<br />the Northwest corner of said land; thence South 0° 06' 45" East
<br />330.00 feet to the point of beginning.

<br />NOW, THEREF0~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />
<br />accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
<br />
<br />to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
<br />
<br />County, California.
<br />
