RESOLUTION NO. ~-47 ACCEPTING GRANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SA~HJEL R. NELSON and MAHGARET NELSON have presented <br /> <br />to the City Council a Grant Deed dated September 23, 1957, in consid- <br />eration of p~ment of $230.00, conveying property in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the following: <br /> <br /> The northerly 20.00 feet of the easterly 50.00 feet of Lot <br /> 2, Block C, Emmett's Addition, as shown on a map recorded <br /> in Miscellaneous Map Book 8, Page 13, Records of Orange <br /> County, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
