RESOLUTION NO. S8.-52 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, CARM~EN VALENZUELA, as Administratrtx of the Estate of Emiliano C. Gonzales, has presented to the City Council a Grant Deed dated January 31, 1958, in consideration of payment of $4800.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Residence at 1821 West Eighth Street, S~ta Ana, Orange County, California, described as that portion of the Jacob Ross Allot- ment, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of Eighth Street (formerly Hickey Street) 238.4 feet West of the West line of Artesia Street, as said Artesia Street existed prior to September 1st, 1924, being 50 feet in width; thence North paralel with the West line of Artesia Street, 125 fee~;tkence West parallel with the'North l~ne of.Eighth Street, bl.~ feet; thence South paralel with the West line of Artesta Street, 125 feet to the North line of ~ighth Street; thence East along the North line of Eighth Street, $1.6 feet to the point of beginning. NOW, TI~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said Deed and Carl J. Thomton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said Deed. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19%8.
